Payments

In case of payment by WIRE TRANSFER you need to write in the REASON exclusively your ORDER ID REFERENCE. Shipments depart after payment, the transfer this happens in 1-3 working days, so it is not possible to ship before.

PAYPAL CASH and the shipment will be immediate (payments received by 12:00 will start the same day, after this time will start the next day). Shopping with Paypal Shipping We ship to communicated to us by paypal and that (according to paypal rules) can not be changed. So if you want to ship to a different address remember to change it before you complete the payment.

INSURANCE costs EUR 4.50

The invoice must be requested at time of purchase. We can not issue invoices for already shipped orders.
If the invoice is for a company we need to:
- VAT number ( the VAT number must be registered to the European ives, available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/vies/vatRequest.html?locale=en )
- company name

If the invoice is for an individual we need to:
- Tax code (National Insurance Number - NIN)
