After shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking number, through which you can track the shipment on the GLS site, https://www.gls-italy.com/it/servizi-per-destinatari/ricerca-spedizione by entering the shipment number in the appropriate field NUMERO DI SPEDIZIONE (aka "TRACKING NUMBER") or to request information to the relevant branch that you can easily find by clicking on "Ricerca Sedi".
The courier does not carry out preventive calls nor manages requests for shipments to specific times, so it is very important to provide a delivery address where there is ALWAYS someone to pick up the goods (from 8.30 to 19.00) and a number cell phone !!! In case of non-delivery you will pay in addition to the cost of the first shipment the cost of return and of any postponement. We highly recommend that you insure the shipment, otherwise we can not take responsibility! If you have paid the insurance, you accepted the package with reservation (by writing on the bubble: accept the parcel subject to control) and in case of damage please notify promptly (within the first 3 days of delivery). The integrity of the package does not guarantee the integrity of the content, then accepted with reserve even if the package is in excellent condition. If not followed this procedure, in case of damage we can do nothing!!!
