After the purchase, you will receive by email all the details needed to complete the payment. Once the top-up has been made, we kindly ask you to inform us of the payment time shown on the receipt.

Shipping will take place after the amount has been credited, generally within 1-2 working days.

Invoice and tax documentation
According to current legislation, mail order sales are not subject to the obligation to issue an invoice or a fiscal receipt.
If you would like an invoice, you can request it at the time of purchase through the appropriate form, correctly entering the required tax details.
The invoice may be issued within 48 working hours from the shipment of the goods.
