

1. Definition and subject of the contract
This contract is a distance contract pursuant to art. 50 et seq. of Italian Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6 September 2005 (“Consumer Code”). It concerns the sale of movable goods between BELTOM SAS di TOMMASO BELLINI & C., with registered office in Bari, Via Salvatore Matarrese 20/B – VAT no. IT08036800723 (“Beltom”) and the consumer (the “Customer”).
The contract is concluded exclusively through an order placed by the Customer via the website beltom.it (the “Website”).
These general terms and conditions remain valid until any changes are published on the Website.
2. Prices
All prices shown on the Website include VAT and any other taxes.
Delivery costs are indicated on the product page and during the purchase process.
3. Purchase and payment methods
Online purchase
The Customer may purchase products directly through the Website by following the guided procedure.
Once the order has been completed, the Customer will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of the purchased products, the price and the data entered.
Receipt of the order confirmation entails the conclusion of the sales contract.

4. Product availability
Orders are accepted within the limits of product availability in stock.
In the event of unavailability, the Customer will be promptly informed.
5. Warranties and assistance
5.1 Standard products
The rules provided for the sale of consumer goods apply to products purchased by the Customer.
5.2 “Angolo degli Affari” products
For some products belonging to the “Angolo degli Affari” section, sold as they are, no warranty is provided.
These products may be untested, unchecked or not refurbished and may have aesthetic and/or functional defects or be incomplete.
The condition of the product is indicated in the description and images published on the Website.
5.3 Transport damage
In the event of a product damaged during transport, to receive assistance it is necessary to:
- have chosen insured shipping;
- sign with reservation upon delivery;
- send a report by email within 3 days of delivery, attaching photographs of the damage.
Once the report has been received, Beltom will provide the Customer with return instructions, including a prepaid shipping label.
The Customer may choose between product replacement or refund.
6. Right of withdrawal

7. Customer obligations
- Be of legal age;
- Provide correct and truthful data;
- Act as a consumer pursuant to the law.
8. Applicable law
The contract is governed by Italian law.
