Right of withdrawal and commercial return

The consumer Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may use the online function “Withdraw from the contract here”. After submission, the Customer will receive confirmation of the withdrawal declaration by email. Alternatively, a communication may be sent to info@beltom.it

In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, Beltom allows the Customer to request a commercial return within 30 days of delivery. From the 15th to the 30th day, the request must be sent to info@beltom.it and is subject to the conditions set out on this page. This additional option does not in any way restrict the consumer’s statutory rights.

Return procedure

The goods must be shipped within 14 days from the withdrawal notice or confirmation of the commercial return and returned to the following address:

• In the case of a damaged, defective or non-conforming product, we will provide the Customer with the necessary instructions and, where applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
• In the case of withdrawal due to a change of mind or a commercial return for reasons not attributable to Beltom, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the Customer.
• When the shipment is arranged by the Customer, we recommend using a tracked, insured service and suitable packaging, as the Customer is responsible for the goods until they are delivered to our warehouse.

Return conditions

• The product must be returned complete with all its parts and any accessories.
• It must be returned in its original packaging or in other packaging suitable for protecting it during transport.
• The Customer is responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refund

In the event of statutory withdrawal, the refund will be made without undue delay and in any event within the time limits established by law. Beltom may withhold the refund until the goods have been received or until evidence of shipment has been provided, whichever occurs first. Once the goods have been received and inspected, the refund is normally processed within 2-6 working days, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

In the event of statutory withdrawal, where applicable, the refund will also include the initial delivery costs corresponding to the standard delivery method. The amount may be proportionally reduced where there is an actual loss in value caused, for example, by:

• damage caused during return shipping arranged by the Customer;
• missing components or accessories;
• use of the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning;
• unsuitable packaging that has caused damage or an actual loss in value.

“Angolo degli affari” products

Products belonging to the “Angolo degli affari” category may have aesthetic defects or missing components, as clearly stated in the product description.

At the time of purchase, the Customer declares that they have reviewed the condition of the product and the characteristics indicated on the relevant product page.

The statutory right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of delivery. The Beltom commercial return may also be requested within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions set out on this page.

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was received, without prejudice to what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, and without any additional damage or missing parts compared with the condition stated in the description.

Any additional damage or missing parts compared with the initial condition stated on the product page may result in a reduction of the refund proportionate to the loss in value found.
