

Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 30 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send a communication by email to info@beltom.it
Return procedure
The goods must be returned to the following address:

- In case of a damaged or defective product, we will provide the customer with a prepaid shipping label.
- For all other reasons, return shipping is at the Customer’s expense.
- When the shipment is arranged by the Customer, we recommend insuring the package, as responsibility for the shipment remains with the Customer until it is received at our warehouse.
Return conditions
- The product must be returned complete in all its parts.
- Where possible, it must be returned in its original packaging.
- It must not show any additional damage compared to its initial condition.
Refund
The refund will be issued within 2-6 working days from receipt and inspection of the goods.
The amount may be reduced in the following cases:
- damage caused during return shipping;
- missing components or accessories;
- improper use of the product;
- unsuitable packaging.
Damaged or defective products
In case of a damaged or defective product, the issue must be reported within 3 days from delivery.
The shipment must be accepted by signing with inspection reservation. Without this reservation, it will not be possible to start the refund procedure for transport damage.

“Angolo degli affari” products
Products belonging to the “Angolo degli affari” section may have aesthetic defects or missing components, as clearly stated in the product description.
At the time of purchase, the customer declares that they have reviewed the condition of the product and accept its conditions.
The right of withdrawal can still be exercised within 30 days from delivery.
The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without further damage or missing parts compared to its original condition.
Any differences compared to the initial condition may result in a reduction of the refunded amount or, in more serious cases, refusal of the return.
Products not compliant with return conditions or storage
In the event of loss of the right of withdrawal or a non-compliant return, the product must be collected from our warehouse.
Alternatively, at the customer’s request and subject to acceptance of the shipping costs, the product may be shipped back via our courier.
If the product remains in storage at our warehouse for more than 14 working days, it will be considered abandoned and may be disposed of.
